Golden Touch Massage Therapy was first opened in 1996 in Copper Harbor, Michigan. I then practiced in Colorado for almost 10 years before returning home to the Upper Peninsula.
I currently practice massage in Copper Harbor, Michigan and Lake Linden, Michigan, which is a beautiful 10 minute drive from the historical Houghton / Hancock bridge.
At my Copper Harbor location, you can book a lovely overnight stay in the Thimble Room, which is under the same roof and just steps away from indulging in a relaxing massage without having to leave the premise.

Massage Therapy Theory
There are many approaches to massage therapy. I consider myself a deep tissue therapist, and enjoy the dance of a free flowing Swedish Massage. When using my hot stones they become an extention of my hands to help ease muscle tension and increase circulation. My work is guided by more of an intuitive touch, however, I like to work with my client on this journey. I encourage my clients to communicate the level of pressure that works for them. I appreciate the difficulty in finding the right massage therapist, and hope this has offered a better understanding of the approach I take in serving you.
Options for your massage experience include:
La Stone - hot basalt combined with cold marble massage
Aromatherapy – awaken your senses with a variety of essential oils
Percussor - vibrating tool helps break up scar tissue & increase blood flow
Cupping - release toxins & inflammation
Sea Salt Scrub – exfoliate and hydrate your skin using a wonderful Aveda scrub (additional fee)
Myofascial Release - applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.
